Founder of Sanpower Group, Mr. Yuan Yafei, was born in Fengxian County, Jiansu in Dec.1964. Now he is Chairman of Board of Directors. Mr. Yuan resigned from a governmental post in 1993 and started his business, establishing Nanjing Sanpower Scientific and Technological Development Center; Sanpower was set up in 2000 and Jiangsu Hongtu Sanpower Hi-tech Technology Holding Corporation Ltd. was set up in Oct. 2000. In 2005 after restructuring, Jiangsu Hongtu Hi-tech Holding Corporation was established (Stock Code: 600122).

Mr.Yuan has so far been devoted to the innovation of management mindset and business pattern. He set up the business pattern of “WDM” and the theory of attaching importance to the innovation of both market and technology, which has aroused the reforming of business pattern and management concept in Chinese Electronic IT industry, and has drawn much attention from related department of the government. He is entitled with the management expert and industrialist of China IT terminal field in China.
